First, we have been using agenity since 1997 and have been very pleased with their technology, creativity, and development.

Originally our challenge was presenting the culture of our company through a website, which is a very difficult task. I continue to believe that they "nailed it" on the first attempt.

As our company grew, we recognized the importance of making improvements on the site and around January 2001, we launched our changes that included the ability for us to manipulate a majority of my site on a real time basis. We now have a website available to our clients employees.

If a client contacts my office, anyone in the office can make a change to a clients online account and the change would be immediate.

For our clients, this is incredibly valuable as they expect us to exceed their expectations. We also launched a news update service that is developed in-house at Landmark and we release the news through our website and have it accessible on our site for as long as we deem appropriate.

Within the past six months, we have moved our entire site over to Agenity and this will allow us to have the same capabilities described above for our entire site. Considering the cost I pay for this service, it was a very easy decision.

Finally, I was originally concerned that the company might not be accessible for service related issues; however, someone is always accessible and is able to resolve any issue expeditiously.
