Please accept this as my second letter of recommendation for your company’s services with our website. We took your advice about bringing our site up to date and we will continue to review our website elements on a yearly basis. When we completed the first site 4 years ago with your company, I didn’t think I could be a happier website administrator – I was wrong. Your new ‘Agenity’ software couldn’t be easier to work with. It was the easiest tool and program that I’ve ever had to sell to our company officers, as the bottom line is that it really pays for itself in the first year. Everyone in the company and many clients have expressed their approval of our new site.
As a creative director I appreciated your technical expertise and familiarity with the latest concepts on the market; as a graphic designer I was very satisfied with your ability to incorporate our ideas and graphics into a workable, easy to navigate layout; as the website administrator I am blown away by my ability to change literally every element, photo, copy area, and link, not to mention the many public relations tools built into the program. Your software program is by far the most flexible, editable, and economical solution I have encountered in the very confusing, expensive world of website design.
Another point that should be addressed is your company’s timely response to my questions and edits. I often found it hard to fathom the speed at which my requests were answered. As the creative director of New Hampshire’s largest design and construction management firm I wear many hats and have very little time for correspondence. Your fast response time was a major benefit of our working relationship.
